Sarah Butler is a Customer Service Agent in our Southport office with nearly four years at FinPoint and over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career with State Farm in 2014 and has held roles in retail, law, HOA management, and insurance. A Wilmington native, Sarah brings local insight to her work and values providing dependable, compassionate service to our clients.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, their three beloved dogs, fostering puppies, sewing, and crafting. She’s also a proud stepmother and grandmother who loves to travel whenever she can.
