About Alissa

Alissa Clifford is an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team at FinPoint Insurance Group. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she began her insurance career at Progressive Direct in Colorado Springs, working in sales at their call center. After moving to North Carolina, she continued working remotely for Progressive, later transitioning into an account manager role at another agency before joining FinPoint in June 2020.

With eight years of insurance experience and a background in tech support for companies like Dish Network and DIRECTV, Alissa brings a well-rounded skill set and strong customer service background to the team.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys cooking, fishing, playing video games, making Native American beadwork, and spending time with her significant other, Raiford, and their dog Fred.
