About Bear

Bear Hill is an Account Executive at FinPoint Insurance, specializing in commercial insurance solutions. A Wilmington native, Bear brings six years of industry experience and has been with FinPoint since 2019. Before transitioning into insurance, he played professional baseball and worked in medical and pharmaceutical sales, where he developed a strong client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Bear enjoys playing golf, going to the movies, and cruising on the water.
