About Robin

Robin Donahue is a Customer Service Representative on the Personal Lines team at FinPoint Insurance. Originally from Clemmons, North Carolina, Robin moved to Wilmington in 2020 after graduating from Western Carolina University with dual degrees in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. Her career background includes several years in hospitality and hotel event coordination, followed by management of short-term rentals along the Carolina coast. Since joining FinPoint in September 2024, Robin has brought her service-driven mindset and attention to detail to support clients in their insurance needs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops and breweries, collecting vinyl records, working out at the gym, and spending time with her cat, Clementine.
