About Sara

Sara Lewis has been a dedicated member of our team since 2008, staying with the company through its evolution and ownership transition in 2018. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, she plays a vital role overseeing administration, operations, and human resources.

Originally from West Virginia, Sara earned her degree in Business Management from Marshall University. Prior to insurance, she built her leadership and customer service skills as a retail store manager—experience that continues to shape her thoughtful, people-first approach to her work.

Outside the office, Sara loves to travel and explore new places. A creative at heart, she enjoys crafting and making art by hand. She’s also a big true crime fan, an animal lover, and most of all, a proud mom who cherishes time spent with her husband and two amazing sons.
